No Rewards on Side Quest - Hades Refits (Awakening gem)

Hi guys.
Using the rewards gave on Hades Refits Exploit, I just finished the side quest on the path of the awakening gem,
When he finished he didn't give me the awakening gem, it wasn't in my inventory either.
The same thing has happened to many members of my alliance.
Has this happened to any of you?
Do I have to open a ticket or is it a known bug?

    It gets added to your inventory directly

    Put in a ticket if it hasn’t gone to your inventory

    When I went down the path randomly, it showed up in the rewards bar. Previously, when I chose the path from the extra reward it did not. I also had no idea whether I received it or not. I don't know how many I had to start with, but thought I had two and it stayed at two, but no proof or idea for sure. I didn't put in a support case, since I wasn't sure.
