Special 3s in Battlegrounds?

What am I missing? My Special 3 attacks don't seem to do any damage. Light attacks are more effective than SP3.

    I've noticed this too, most notably with kitty, full 20 prowess launch a sp3 and do about 6 or 7% damage. Happens with most champs though, just she sticks in my head the most as she usually does a decent chunk of damage from her sp3 with 20 prowess
