Anyone else noticing the AI just standing there?

This is something new that's been happening with the AI. They just stand there for a few seconds and if you even try to hit them while there just standing there you get parried.

    It's been happening for awhile. Usually happens after you whiff an attack, just resist the urge to attack until they do first. Other thing is if the AI is walking and not dashing towards you and you try to medium intercept them, most likely they will light intercept you instead.
