Cassie Lang - Hits Failing To Connect

Cassie has a few issues with landing all of her hits. The sp-1 will often times whiff the second hit, causing one to get punished, or the sp2 will cause one to grow in size to the point of your third hit missing. I believe this are known issues, but has there been any update as to how or when this might be fixed?
