Wrong Incursion Crystal

Tried buying 3* Loki for a Carina Challenge so I bought a few power gain crystals. However, I only got power drain crystals instead. I recorded myself buying a power gain crystal to make sure I didn't just buy the wrong one and still received a power drain crystal. Is anyone else having problems buying incursion crystals?
