Grandmaster Gauntlet Keys Missing

As the title states, I do not have any of the grandmaster gauntlet keys. I completed 6.4.6 before the first time it came around, but I wasn’t active again until just recently and after it became permanent. Apparently I “missed out” because I wasn’t active when the keys were distributed. Is this really such a hard issue to solve?
Support has been not helpful at all. Essentially outright denying me rewards that I am entitled to for completing the content. Very frustrating. Is there anything else I can do? Anyone else experiencing the same issue?
