Ranked down kraven from r5 to r1 and didn't recieve spent materials or gold or iso

Is this a known bug? Kraven was r5 and i figured I'd use the rank down tokens to take someone else up in his plsce, only i ran out of iso and gold before i got the new skill champ past r3. It was only then that i realised i hadn't recieved any iso or gold whatsoever, im not sure if i received the catalysts or not. Kind of annoyed right now. Please fix this mess.
