BG rewards not received

I didn’t not get my rewards for battlegrounds at all and was wondering where they are? I just got my account back after being temporarily banned for the mythic crystal situation.

Seems like if you opened the mythic crystals and got suspended, it also messed with the plat track and bg rewards
