Missing days in gold track

So,I have been banned for the Mythic Crystal thing.If I dont get bg rewards fine,even if I dont get the gold track rewards its fine.Im curious if this was intended or not.

    Oh and I never missed a day except yesterday,so I couldn't miss 7 days
