Platinum Track reset and missing BG rewards

I was one of the accounts that took part in the Mythic Crystal bug and I completely understand removing anything associated with my account that I would've gained. However, when I was finally able to log back into my account today I noticed that I did not receive any BG rewards, and my platinum track for the Morbius event was reset. Meaning I cannot get the 3 stamps and effectively meaning I wasted my $25. I would like some clarification on the issue and if it was indeed a bug or just a part of the rewards rollback. Thank you.

    Every time I go to any map except castle doom a screen that says updating appears I don't know way and this screen does not go away please fix this I can't play marvel COC any more
