Alliance bg rank rewards not received

I didn't received the bg ally rank rewards although I received the other 2 rewards or solo and the glad circuit qualifier rewards...
Please help me by looking it to the matter

    My mates also have such a problem, they made a ticket to the support and didn’t get any response still
