with the amount i see players complaing about gold shortage i would think they need gold more than anything.
if they choose catalyst frags over gold and then complain they can't rank anyone cus they have no gold and have all these cats in the stash whos fault is that?
certainly a huge amount of players that seem to need gold more than anything else. probs the same that never choose gold rewards. or the same that rank up using basic and wron class iso spending 50% extra gold.
just choose what you want. paragon does not have to choose paragon. they just have more options if you think tb is a better reward, then choose it. thats the great thing about this design "CHOOSE YOUR OWN REWARD" the tier is just the minimum tier you neeed to be to claim it. thats all. a thronebreaker absolutely CAN NOT get a better reward than a Paragon. if a paragon thinks the TB reward is better then just take it.
