First thing in MCoC would be to delete the Hasbro raffle ticket and last years summoners choice vote tokens from everyone’s inventory.
First thing outside of MCoC would be deleting the option for polls on the forums.

-Bring back buffs, 1 a month, nothing crazy.
-the first buff to return would be done via an IN GAME vote.
-hire a new team dedicated to bug testing and fixing
-actually listen to the CCP and take action
-order development of quarterly end game content not including story mode
-vastly slow down 7*…. Or go full throttle and add 3 new champs every month to the pool. The current way seems weird to me.

Keeping the introduction of new champs limited to 8 months a year, and letting the other 4 months, be an overhaul and rework/design for older champs. Until the rework/overhaul option is exhausted
