Account suspended

in Bugs and Known Issues
My account has been suspended for 7 days for use of unauthorised third party software (TOS: 11) and I haven’t use any other unauthorised software or bots or anything like that and I feel like this is a mistake that you guys have made and maybe you suspended the wrong account my user is Wappers09

    I somehow doubt they banned the wrong account. My suggestion is to message support as no forum user,moderator or otherwise can help you with a suspension.
