Arena Bug Sigil Credit Activation

So last night I received my compensation for the Arena bug. In that I received an 11 day credit for the Summoner's Sigil that showed up in my Inventory>>Other. Can you please let me know how I can activate this. I have even re-purchase the Sigil thinking the bonus days would be added on. How do I activate this 11day credit.
