Hades rift glitch

Anybody else get a glitch that only lets you select one treasure chest instead of both? This is the second time it happened to me. Path A clicked on the 6 star shards then boom quest over and shows two chests but only claimed rewards off of one

whenever that happens to me, when i click Back To Quests, the other one pops up outside of the quest

This one finally popped up an hour later haha
