Best way to get rank 4s

Hey,
I’ve just beat Kang but I’m still Two rank 4 six stars off being paragon… and looking at how long it takes to get materials, I’m wondering if people have tips for getting them or even rank up stones?

    Do 8.2 and their Catalyst paths, then do EOP. At least that's what I did

    There's a 3-4 class crystal for exploring 8.1
    A generic crystal and full r4 mats for exploring 8.2
    Exploring Act 7 will give you gradual basic and alpha cats and are a good source for class cat selectors
    Another generic crystal if you can explore EOP
    BG store has a constant supply of them but this is most incentivized for after you reach PG
