Unresponsiveness after autoplaying

Whenever I autoplay lower content I feel like it affects other game modes. The last few days I’ve had massive input issues in AQ when I have just autoplayed or am still auto playing other content. Blocking input and dashing back only work about half the time and my character is dropping blocks when opponents specials are going without my finger moving. I only notice this when auto play has been or is active. Restarting the app and phone don’t seem to help either. I’m on an iPhone 13 with iOS 16.5.1
