On a path with tantrum zemo's sp1 disorient doesnt remove tantrum charges and Zemo is taking dmg from a node.
Its seems that passive disorient is not working...

The node states that only debuffs will work

So many nodes need "debuff" removed and replaced with "effects", especially now the passive effects are the new black.
