With seeding taking over in BGS, does this completely removed account power based matches?

I assume it does cause that’s why it exists in the first place. Still it’s worth asking.

They stated it the update that the matchmaking shift that we saw in Plat 2 last season will start happening earlier. So it is likely that we will see UC and Cav accounts crying from day 1 this season, but the seeding for the next season will bring relief to that.

Which is how it should've been in the first place tbh. I'm glad they're finally working out the rough spots in their system. Albeit 10 seasons overdue but whatever
