AQ boss rush or attempt 100% completion?

In my alliance, we run map 5 (no modifiers) across all 3 groups. We try to push every map to get 100%, but most of the time it's only 1, maybe two groups. Would our efforts be better spent if we did a higher map and just attempted to clear the boss, or stick with what we're doing to maximize time/effort and glory? I don't want to sound too dumb when asking the other officers if I were to bring it up.

    Map 6 boss rush nets about the same amount of glory as map 5 100%

    The amount of glory is only a couple hundred difference between exploration and completion, we did map6 boss rush one time but you don't get battle chips

    This is interesting, do you think with all aq going free this is viable for the top maps?
