Looking for a serious Alliance: AW Plat 3, AQ map 6, BG Minimum all Solo Milestones

Hi there!
I'm a seasoned 3 Mill 16k Prestige Paragon looking for pretty much exactly what I described in the title.
I have Tier 2 experience in AW (ran path 7 the last Seasons, path 3 before that) with taking Minis and fights on Boss Island/Boss as well.
AQ I'm used to map 6 with Mods, but definitly could try higher with some guidance.
In BGs I prefer a set Minimum for all members, the last Seasons it was 9/12 Mill as an Alliance or 300k/400k per member.
I have officer experience (but due to RL stress don't want to do it any more), am very active, communicate well (especially in AW I find it the only way to be succesfull), and am a Teamplayer.
