Skill champions bug

Whenever i try to fight a black widow deadly origin with my 6* nick fury, the game crashes. This is happening if i fight BWDO of any rarity. But when i try with my 5* nick, its working. I dont know all the combinations for this bug. But there is a bug when certain champs are matched up. I tried restarting and the the crash repeats. Can anyone try this?
