Battlegrounds bugs??

If I'm not wrong season started earlier than it should have, and maybe it abused a few bugs. First, missing milestones for solo and alliance event. Second, I played and even won 5 matches but I'm yet to receive rewards from previous ranks. I was diamond one, got to vibration 3 and only recieved rewards for vibration 3. Btw kabams announcement on season 10 stated you only needed to play 5 matches.
