Can't bind relics

Anyone else having issues where you can't bind relics? I was able to bind one relic but most of them do not bind..

    I'm pretty sure it's because they're in my battlegrounds deck and since they just took BG down relics won't bind to any of the champions that are in my deck... And I can't clear my deck because they took BG down..lol.. ridiculous
