Game Stuck While Updating

After I installed the new update, I began going through the new EQ, where I got stuck on this loading screen while attempting to start a fight. I have tried restarting the game, which works fine, until I try to fight again, at which point it brings me back to the same loading screen. If anyone else has encountered this issue, or know of any solutions, please let me know. I appreciate any input!

This problem is already 4 months old and it has not been resolved, condolences, but now it will not be possible to play normally.

The problem is that the game cannot be downloaded entirely from third-party sources, only through google play everything works fine

I've had this problem since this update only using Google play. No third party involved.
Happened 2 or 3 times since yesterday. Had to restart the game each time and then it was fine

I'm having this problem too. I'm wasting tons of energy because I will get partway through a quest and be forced to quit. If I try again, I'll keep being stuck at the exact same fights. I'm using a Google Pixel phone running Android 13 and playing game v.41.0.0. It's currently happening to me at the final boss fight (Void) in Proven 2.1.

Update: I switched to another device, and the problem has been solved. Input isn't needed anymore, thanks
