5* Rank 5 or 6* Rank 2

I just opened my first 6* and got Beast. but I already have a 5* Storm almost ready to rank up to rank 5. Should I max out Storm or should I level up Beast? And what are the Pros and Cons of each?
Also how do I get relics?
