Why there are not new buffed champs

It's been 3 months and haven't got any old champs as buffed we are getting old 6* champs from crystals especially from featured 6* crystals and they are useless like (cyclopse red and blue)(Captain America and capWWII)and(iron Man superior iron Man) they all are same and have not a good buff so please if you can buff anyone of them please KABAM.

    The featured pool isn't complete if there isn't a red or blue cyclops innit
