Selective Timestream in incursion

Was selective Timestream in incursions from beginning or was it added with this update? I had never seen it in incursions before.



First of all, it is a very annoying node. If you miss time your debuffs they just go straight yellow.

But my main concern was that it doesn't say in the description that only active debuffs will be counted towards this.

Yesterday, when I was doing my legends run, I went through a path in zone 17 or 18 with this node on it. I swapped in nimrod only to find out that passive shocks are not counted towards it. Luckily though, I was able to take the defender down within 20 secs (after them going yellow like 6 times) but it still could have costed me my legends run.

So the suggestion is:
• Either include passive effects in this node.
• Or change the description to say only active effects will be counted.
