Hercules taking more damage from suicides

Hercules is 50% bleed resistant and 15% poison tolerant but since update he is taking more damage from both bleed and poison effects.
Previously my Hercules would heal about 4-5% from will power coz of suicides.. but after update he is infact loosing 1-2% from suicides.
It's a big deal coz in aw and aq entering at 1 health he is immediately pushed to immortality and loosing out the edge in fight

    Where is this happening? What are the nodes? Are you using boosts?
