BG Objective Appearing Late

Does anyone know why sometimes the “Win 3 victory track or gladiators circuit” objective appears later in the day than the other three objectives? I got the other 3 objectives at 12 PM CST like always so I started playing my BG matches, and then a little while ago i notice the last objective comes in, it must've been within the past hour, is there a reason for that?

    The win 3 objective appears once you get to gold. Did you progress there today?

    The win 3 objective appears once you get to gold. Did you progress there today?
    I did, that solves it thank you! I had no idea that objective didn’t open until gold
