Masteries don't actually effect prestige for AQ purposes. If you are looking for a good non-suicide build for the purpose of increasing arena points then I'm not too sure, i just run full suicides.

Prestige is not affected by masteries. Prestige is increased by ranking up champs to 5/50 and giving them a high Signature.

If you want to increase your champ’s PI rating then you can definitely update your mastery setup to increase their PI. Here’s an example of my Masteries. If you copy them your PI will increase..
