Cant find opponents in BG

How am i supposed to progress?

I waited 2 minutes, thought it was an error, then i canceled, now i waited 3 min and still no opponents! Wth is this, should take 10 seconds or less! I cant be starring at my phone for several minutes doing absolute nothing and checkin everytime if the match started, since i only got 10 sec to accept it
