12k units spend on umbrakinetik crystal only 1 3* hela :( must be the unluckiest .......
Anyone care to share his drop?

    Your % chance is based on how much money you spend. There is even a Patten about it kabam registered with the us Patten office. I forget the name of the Patten but there is a thread about it. It only increases your chance to pull a champion not a garuntee. Just fyi

    No. It doesn't. Spending doesn't affect drop rates. That's conspiracy based on incomplete and outdated information. The computer doesn't take anything into account when generating an outcome other than the pool for that Crystal.

    The forum mods have already said this patent is not in play in MCoC my fiancée spends and I don't. I get better pulls than him. One of my girlfriends who plays as well doesn't spend and she pulled and duped Hela 4 times.

    Spending 4 figures over the last couple years, comments made repeatedly by staff, numerous Posts made by spenders, not subscribing to conspiracy.....

    I spent 11 odins on those crystals and got no 5 stars... I am really really upset. I couldn’t even bring myself to login again. I’ve spent thousands a week on this game and I’m afraid to say that if I get no tangible response I am legitimately done with the game and I will never spend a dollar again.

    Hey folks! Interesting to see an old patent pop up in conversation, there's probably a lot out there that are no longer relevant or are not in use. As you all already know, we do not discuss drop rates or drop rate odds in any sort of detail. That being said, I can confirm that we never lower drop-rate odds for someone based on their spend or other factors. As some have already pointed out, game patents are often filed but not used. Now that we've provided an answer on the topic, we'll be shutting the thread down - please remember that speculation based on rumours is not allowed.

    I'm not sure how calculated their wording was, but they did not unequivocally say the patent is not in use. They call it an old patent and they also said that there are a lot not in use... they did not say that this patent is not in use. They also said they never lower drop rates, but they didn't say if they increase drop rates.

    I'm not going to speculate, since it's not allowed, I'm simply relaying what they did and did not write, you can come to your own conclusions.

    Maybe funny to regular players but Kabam knows where their money is coming from and little by little they are angering the high end base who spend thousands every month. Just me stopping to spend alone will be -5k dollars out of their balance sheet for the rest of the year. And not to talk about my friends who spend way more than me. I can tell them to stop and they will stop. If Kabam doesnt do anything its fine, we will see how their balance sheets look next year.

    Hey, if it doesn't hurt their bank account, it doesn't matter to you, let the person be, they have the money for it, let them spend it how they like.

    And the whole patent thing, they only spoke about how they don't change the odds, though some of those other patents do tend to happen in game, confirmed or not, we will never know if they're telling the truth with this one...unless someone checks into the games files or something?

    They didn't even say that all those patents there aren't in use, and like I said some of those patents there do tend to happen to a lot of us.

    We never know if they're telling the truth, there's never proof with these kinds of things guys. Conspiracy or not, we will never know. (In situations like this where it's still a mystery)
