If a war attack is not on, why can’t we use our defenders for AQ?

Persistent means always and on going. Whether you're in attack phase.or not, your defenders are always placed. They have unlocked them for use everywhere but AQ and AW attack.

It's really for the better. Ive seen too many instances where war defenders didn't get placed because someone forgot they were in AQ. This completely prevents it from happening. Plus you now get the benefit of being able to use those defenders in solo content.

If you're AQ attackers are so vital, change your AW defense up.
