Legendary incursions - threat level 4 balance issues?

Hey guys, I´m wondering if anyone else has same issues as me with threat level 4 being seemingly harder than 5 or even 6. I recently made it to TB, so I never expected to do much in threat level 6 or fully complete even level 5. But while I went until zone 3 and 8 in those levels, cannot even clear zone 4 in threat level 4. I´ve tried many times but always get some ridiculous node with that Photon already being a problem. And we only get 3 buffs until that zone 4 boss...

Anyways, was just wondering if others also find level 4 to be harder than level 5?

Funny you mentioned it because I had the toughest time with 4. Ended up completing it last night without an issue, but previous attempts didn't go so well. It's really in the hacks that you have to pick from. Ended up getting some of the good ones and grouped those together with the common hacks and breezed through. I guess I got great hack rng during the level 5 and 6 runs.

Keep trying the runs until you get the hacks you want and then do your full run!
