SW fight in DLX challenge is bugged

The Powering Up node on the Scarlet Witch fight doesn't work consistently for me. I'm only gaining power like every 2nd heavy attack but sometimes I do not gain any power at all. In the clip I used Hulkling, but I also tried it with Herc and had the same problem:

    Do you have the pacify mastery on? Might be that

    That would make a lot of sense, thanks!
    I have it maxed so it probably does negate the node effects.

    Pacify ruins a lot of interactions
    I used to keep it on but have it switched off since the Havoc week in EOP
