Double track cost gone up?

I thought if you bought the platinum pass and then decide to buy double track pass, the cost will be $14.99. Now I see it had gone up to $16.99. Is this accurate?

    It's because it's based on a reduction of the first purchase. If you buy the month, it will go down again. The previous purchase doesn't carry over once it resets.
