Mastery Points in Act 4

I had not explored Act 4&5 fully, as I intended to hit Paragon first, then autofight older quests with strong champs. However, after the Act 4&5 Revamp, the mastery points have been moved to Completion instead of Exploration.
Since I had completed the quests a long time ago, I have therefore lost access to those mastery points (2 in my case, as I had explored 2 chapters if I remember correctly).
Kindly take this into account, and rectify accordingly at the earliest. I was really looking forward to getting those points this month, as I finally gathered some Units & Cores. Mastery points are the most scare resource in the game, and should not be simply lost.
