Incursion room rewards missing

So I was running incursions threat level 5…I just have that one and TL6 left…this is the first time I’ve run it but there were rooms where I didn’t get any rewards…but then the rewards showed up in the next room…I took some pictures to show it.

Unfortunately I didn’t take snaps of my filament totals so I’m not sure if it’s a visual bug or if I actually didn’t get the rewards.
