Bugged path rewards in story quests

in Bugs and Known Issues
while trying to complete act 8 chapter 2 to get the final catalyst I will need to become paragon when I noticed that some the path rewards wasn't in the screen for the quest I was trying to complete which I restarted, so I tried taking another path to see if it was a visual bug it isn't the catalyst fragments are in my account just by collecting them in the path

Can this be resolved quickly so that I can know how many catalyst fragments I actually have

Issue occured in story quest I haven't tried event quests yet
