I cant remember if they mentioned that or not in the live stream.
If not thats crazy because at the Gold 1 level you would need to play 6 seasons (approx 6-months) of high-stress war, to take someone to Rank 4. By the time you get to the 6th season the economy will let you buy t6b and t3a for like 10 bucks a pop
