Make AW Armor Burn Tactic Be Passive Armor Ups. Buffs Benefit Mystic Defenders

Pretty much as it reads in my title: Armor Burn is pretty much needed for like 90% of Prowess Power defenders with how much the power gain has increased this season. Armor Burn does a pretty solid job and keeping that under control though, but now these attack tactic champs are nerfed against mystic champs as well as Buffet Over Time & Power Snack nodes. Warlock for example, who is known to be a power control champ using parry heavies against their Willpower, does the opposite against mystic champs having Mystic Dispersion because the buffs just grant them power.
