Stuck on alliance war

Ever since alliance war update I have had the alliance war prompt to continue even when in war. When trying to compete in war I get error n sent back to fight menu. Another side effect is champions I had some champions somehow selected for battle and I cannot equip relics on them e.g. my 6* loki. I can still use them for other quests though
