It is not. Different regions have different 'stores' that have their own regulations and terms of service. It sounds like Kabam were able to offer a discount to the triple pass originally to North American consumers, and the 'copy' is the same regardless of what region you're own.

In Sweden that one on the first month of the day one released costed me 130SEK for the whole three month tracks. If I were to purchase the other for one month 70sek so in total it would have costed me 210 sell for the whole three months if I were to choose to purchase one month track. So I saved 80SEK.
