Probably nobody. The movie was pushed back and the tie-ins sometimes can’t be rescheduled. McDonalds Marvels promos dropped in July as well when the movie was originally scheduled.

This has happened multiple times with champs that were supposed to tie in with movies so based on past examples i think it's safe to say nobody relevant to the movie will drop

This IS the tie in. The movie was originally supposed to drop already but got pushed back. Kabam can't change their release schedule that early. It's not the first time this has happened. Not even in the last year. Remember spot came out before the movie dropped too.

This is what happened with black widow last time kabam said it was delayed they said the eq was designed ages ago and cant be delayed like the movie same goes with this month its suppose to be the marvels tie in but it got delayed so this would be the tie in event still
