They improved/upgraded OG Thors animations but didnt buff him....why?

They did that with Classic Captain America a few months back.

It seems to happen occasionally; last time, Miike explained that it's usually when someone has a little extra time to develop a tiny project, but not enough time to devote to an actual champion redesign.
