Is it possible for someone to explain this? I guess I'm just not understanding it very well....

    Normal hit gets reduced by armor and resistances but true strike deals the dmg ignoring all armor and resistances

    How does it work against evasion? Like, when he evades he still gets hit?

    True Strike ignores all armor resistances, and evasion. For the armor and resistances, it simply acts as through they weren't there. For evasion, it causes the opponent to be unable to passively evade, similar to iceman's cold snap.

    But true strike only works against passive evades. So spidey Sym still can evade under his evasion buff.
