Stuff from the stash missing

My game was lagging so I decided to restart it. Upon restarting, my entire stash is gone. Missing. Completely gone. Restarted again to see if that will fix the issue. Nope. What to do?

    If you would like to get you’re items back, clear any quest and get iso (I recommend 4.3.6 and take the direct venom path)
