All items in stash have disappeared

All of the times in my stash disappeared over night. Can you tell my why and how they will be restored?

    Open any crystal for hero. You will see them back for now.

    Qll my items gone. Crystal didn't help

    Update. They're back after opening 10 or so random crystals
